Realistic Planets 1.6

Description
Note: To anyone getting the "Could not find class Planets_Code.Settings" error, just open the Realistic Planets mod settings, change a setting, and then change it back. A lot of stuff was renamed/reorganized internally in a recent update, and your saved settings are looking for the old names.

Advanced planet generation, updated for 1.6 (not backwards compatible).

Roadmap
- Full code refactor for cleaner and internally consistent design (DONE)
- Scientific overhaul (major rework, might be a new mod)

Enhanced temperature model (refined elevation adjustment, plus continentality effect and coastal moderation)
Realistic rainfall generation (orographic effect, rain shadow, continental drying, and more)
Aridity index system (better biome placement/distribution)
Improved river and water systems (endorheic basins, seasonal rivers, evaporation connected to aridity index)
... and possibly other new features (depending on how hard they are to implement)

Check mod settings for some special integration settings for certain mods.

Modders: Note that the packageID and assembly name for this version of Realistic Planets are not the same as the old 1.5 one.

PackageID: koth.RealisticPlanets1.6
Assembly name/title: Realistic_Planets_1.6

However, this version is substantially different under the hood, so just updating the ID/name might not restore compatibility.

Don't worry =D thank you for your effort! Honestly RP is probably with Faction Control the most important mod for me. Im excited and rly happy for these news ^^

Sorry for the long wait, life has been extremely busy, but I'm working on some big changes for RP (as well as addressing the broken sliders and some other issues).

Would be nice to be able to add custom factions to the scatter list.

nah, unfortunately 4 sliders are just broken and don't have any effect :/ even if you generate a world for the first time > overall rainfall, axial tilt, caves and mountains.

I use(d) this mod for more than 5 years now, as example if you put "Overall Rainfall" to the lowest setting, there would be 90%+ desert on the planet :D or with the lowest setting of "Axial Tilt" there would basically be no seasons anymore ... those sliders have no effect anymore atm unfortunately :/

@Clairelenia i think the world creation is wonky when you go back and forth.It might not apply all changes after the initial generation, it seems. On the first gen after a game start (just menu doesn't suffice) it works for me, though.

having an issue with pollution tweaks where, if this mod is enabled, that mod doesnt appear in world gen

Heyo =) i just waned to let you know that it seems "Axial Tilt"-Settings have no effect anymore. The Temperature of the map stays the same as default, even if you change the sliders to any maximum. I hope this helps! Thank you for your work and effort to keep the mod up, one of my favorite mods of all time :D <3
