Goats Purchasable Puppets

Description
Goats Purchasable Puppets is a simple mod for hoi4 that adds the option to purchase puppets. Wanna swap Croatia with Italy? Are you wanting to buy India off of a collapsing Britain? Go right ahead!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

NEW UPDATE:
-Buying puppets now raises your consumer goods for a while, the amount depending on the strength of the puppet you bought.
-Selling puppets now lowers your consumer goods for a while,
This mod is great for multiplayer roleplay in my opinion! the amount depending on the strength of the puppet you bought.
-A Russian translation has been added for the mod (done by @SergeantMozz @Titanium94374)
-A German translation has been added for the mod (done by @Mclukas44 @TheGrammarPolice)
-A French translation has been added for the mod (done by @Zero le super heros)

It wont work with other mods that change diplomatic actions(probably) but could work with state transfer tool!

If you're confused here are the steps:
-Click on a puppet (like South Africa for example)
-Click Mark Puppet
-Click on the Puppets Overlord (UK)
-Click Purchase Puppet
-Success!

They'll be more likely to accept your request if you have good relations, are in a faction, have the same ideology, or the puppet in question is weak or if the overlord is collapsing(being invaded)

This mod will soon be integrated into my main mod GDR (GOATS DEFINITIVE REVAMP) once it is you should not play with this mod and GDR at the same time!

ive changed it now so it also will cost consumer goods to buy, dependent on the strength of the puppet

Also yes I agree civs are better, but in that case still make the offer cost pp (like 50 or 100)

Cool idea, but it's a bit op if the AI is too prone to sell puppets, maybe consider to inflate the price based on the puppets' states?

For example: 100 base cost + 20pp for every state the puppet has under his control

I thought this mod lets you purchase puppets with goats for a second there lmao
