Dont you hate whenever you destroy a vehicle and expect it to stay destroyed but insteads just evaporate?

Well a simple addon like this will keep your simfphy gibs :)

The vehicles you see in the screenshots are other simfphy vehicle mods

Server Settings > Gib Lifetime (0 = never remove)

I dont think there is, if you wanted to keep a gib you'd probably have to dig in its files im pretty sure
