noob gore-ragdoll death bridge

Description
this addon applies noob gore mod's gore effects to ragdolls created by ragdoll death. the reason why i made this is that noob gore mod itself would spawn in player ragdolls without custom bodygroups and had bad compatibility with other addons overall

remember to turn off the "gib player" option in noob gore mod's settings

you can use the "goremod_rd_bridge_enable" convar to turn this on and off (1 is on, 0 is off)

I wish the agly intestines option worked with player ragdolls, other than that this is very cool, with bodygroups working, player corpses are just about the same as NPC's, it's just the intestine thing that's missing for me, I feel like that option was what set noob gore mod apart from the others
