Thanks, will fix in the next version. For now I recommend downloading from the tf2maps thread

Hey, in order for a packed popfile to load by default, you need to name it mvm_paradigm_<version>.ugc3531674073.pop and put it into the scripts/population/workshop folder. It does not work right now.
