Better Infamy - Vanilla Infamy Decay

This is a companion mod to Better Infamy, Treaties, and Claims that restores the vanilla rates of infamy decay with a base rate of 5 per year and an additional 25% from influence.

It can be loaded with any mod order.

You should use this mod only if you prefer vanilla infamy decay and have another mod changing infamy decay values. It's designed to be available as an option for the mod Better Infamy, Treaties, and Claims.

Due to technical limitations, because this mod changes game defines, this cannot be implemented as a game rule and requires a separate mod.
