You do not need to ask for permission to reupload or change the mod, there are no terms of service

I like your mod very much, can I add him to my private server, the second upload just wants to change some parameters to be more appropriate, our PVPorSOLO is only for PVP or PVE with friends, the server is not open to the public, not for commercial use
