Glow Sticks [Fixed]

Description

Supported and fixed version of old Glow Sticks addon
Changes:
- Fixed errors of the old addon
- Removed separation into different entity classes for different colors
- Code rework, inheritance from one weapon is used for different colors
- Removed model files not used by the game and one unused sound
- The second unused sound (of glow stick activation) is used when throwing the stick
- Adding individual files to the download has been replaced by adding this addon to the clients download
- Added localization (RU/EN)

I don't Remember, But I think the Old Mod had the ability to Pick up dropped glow sticks. And I would have imagined there to be Settings for Brightness and Light Radius. Or even something for the Toolgun where you could spawn it like a Light on a String.

I tested that mod. And yeah it's fixed. No more Errors compared of the first one when i tested in years. But i do have a preferences for the 2015 versions that the original creator did. But it still nice though !
