CS:GO M4a1 Redux

Replaces the M16 with Global Offensive's Colt 723 ("M4a1-s") on its original animations. I made some changes to the model, such as setting the selector to automatic and making the charging handle look a little more correct, and I also improved smoothing and made better use of sound events. Origin adjusted too. I also adjusted the VMT a little to make it less reddish/yellow.
Doesn't include any sound effects, so you can use your own.
