Enhanced Aim speed for SSI and SWATLeader

Description
Slightly increased the aim speed for SSI and SWATLeader.

SSI and SWATLeader have been granted some Ranger doctrine skills. Previously, SSI aim speed was comparable to rookie Rangers with no doctrine skills, but now they are superior—roughly on par with Rangers who have partially trained aim-speed-related skills.

SSI marksmen acquire targets rapidly once they begin aiming at long range, making them formidable foes for NWS, CIA, and rookie Rangers. Without friendly marksmen to counter them, distant SSI marksmen pose extreme danger. It is advised to seek superior firing positions or employ smoke grenades, RPGs, or grenade launchers to neutralize them.

Meanwhile, Ranger Elites can no longer easily eliminate groups of SSI special forces. SWATLeader’s close-quarters combat capability has been enhanced to match or even surpass Ranger Elites, though they remain significantly inferior at long range.

This mod is something I originally changed for another mod together, but I released it separately because I was concerned it might affect the game balance.

If it doesn't take effect, it's likely that mods like In-Game Camouflage Selector which modify the unit entity files have overwritten the changes. If you want to solve the problem, the only method I know is to manually modify the entity files of the conflicting mod yourself.

This mod alters the firing behavior of SSI units, enabling them to use ​​full-auto firing​​ at close range. Additionally, both CIA and NWS units now gain access to ​​improved full-auto firing​​.

@Goatmaster3000 It’s not difficult. If you only want to modify SSI’s aiming speed, You can apply doctrine effects on humans directly by adding a <Doctrine name="NodeName"/> in the Entity/Human template xml. See the SWAT Leader template. For an example, Add a Doctrine skill to SSI which originally enhanced the Rangers' aiming speed. Alternatively, you can create a custom Doctrine skill and add it to the entity files. You could also modify the attacktypes of the weapon used by the unit individually—but personally, I find the former approach simpler and more convenient.

If I may ask, what is the thing you need to edit in the entities file to improve aim speed for a unit?
