Investment Queue

Description
This mod displays useful information in the construction queue in the upper right screen. Practically all of the information from the building tab is condensed neatly into the corner.

- Displays current investment pool contribution as a progress bar. If the bar fills up, build more construction sectors.
- Displays current construction costs for the government.
- Displays amount of time left to complete construction of buildings in the construction queue.

This is just an update for a 1.7 mod that I missed having, and it seemed easy enough to fix so I did. Never modded before so it's just something I had a little fun with. Feedback is very welcome!

Love this updated mod! One thing, the hotkey to pause the government queue doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

@Olivo As I stated previously, I'm pretty sure there would have to be a merged mod as GUI files cannot be overwritten if they edit the same type. I was able to get both the vickypedia button and the statistics mod button to show up, but it wasn't pretty and was giving an endless log of errors.
