Description
Sadly Uuugggg has passed away, I'm going to continue this mod (and some/all of his others) in order to preserve his legacy and impact on RimWorld.

Original Description

Press Ctrl-F to pop up a search for things on the map.

Features
It's pretty Simple. Hit Ctrl-F and it opens a search you can type in. It shows a list of matching things. Hit enter to jump to the first thing.

The thing list can be manually refreshed, or set to refresh every second. Also it can to be set to stay open when the Search Window is closed.

Ctrl-Alt-F will use the current selection to find anything else like it.

Ctrl-Shift-F will re-open the search without resetting to a new text search.

Oh, you can also use the power of TD Find Lib to add many other filters while you're there, or import saved searches from the library.

TD Find Lib
This mod uses the framework mod TD Find Lib to allow very detailed filters to find what you want. For more details on how to use its features, check out that mod page.

Compatibility warning

Search window not showing up? RimThemes. via @Ariadne (with classic WC3 Night Elf portrait) : It's a minor incompatibility with RimThemes; all you have to do is enable dialog stacking in RimThemes dialog options.

This is an evolution of my old mod List Everything. This mod is just the Popup functionality but it serves as an easier editor that can easily share to other mods that use The TD Find Lib like Custom Alerts

@A Fat Chook ~ To add to what they said, it's also very useful for quickly doing things. For example, marking all materials on the map to be mined

@A Fat Chook, the base game's map search does cover the same basic functionality, but is much less fully featured. The base game only searches by name - this mod allows searching for more complicated properties (see the 4th screenshot for the types of filters that can be applied), and it allows things like saving common search filters.

If all you need is to quickly search your map for a specific thing by name, then this mod isn't needed. But this mod can do more than that.

Hi, for me this mod is having issues where it keeps everything zoomed in, disables certain keyboard commands like ESC. Not sure what it's interacting with as I have a bit over 100 other mods. Just a FYI
