[ARC9] Quick Knife

Description
Provides a bind that does a quick knife attack.

HOW TO USE
Type bind <key> arc9_qknife in console
(for example like bind l arc9_quickknife)

Console Commands
arc9_quickknife_damage 0-9999
arc9_quickknife_cooldown 0.25-3
arc9_quickknife_lunge_range 0-1000
arc9_quickknife_screenshake_mult 0-10

Known bugs
Causes issues with the Weapon Switch Animation mod.

Wonder if this'll ever be in vmanip, i use tfa for most of my weapons and whenever I quick knife, it holsters my weapon first before it equips and stabs with the quick knife, which makes it slow, awesome addon!

I'll give you an idea:
Turn it into a weapon like the one in this mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3035080026 ,
and that in the appearance part you can change its design like the original ones from the original Modern Warfare or the CS:GO knives. I would like to be able to put skins on it like the Pap ones or the ones from TF2. I'm just giving ideas and I'll try to donate.

quit the game, type unbind c, then bind it to something else
