A Standalone Police Helmet Variant

Does as the title suggests- adds in a standalone police helmet.

This variant (Covered Helmet) is suitable for both acid and duststorms, with additional protection to make it a valuable sidegrade to the usual samurai helmet. Having blended stats with the iron hat and police helmet, it also has a less severe perception penalty to make it more of a crossbowman's helmet.

It can be bought anywhere you can buy police helmets or iron hats, as well as from Mongrel and the Armor King.

Being the default police white, it goes great with the plate jacket, or the holy chest plate. (and the coat in the screenshots, which is the Chain Coat from Endgame Research)

Idk, dyable/blackened version if you bully me into it or something. I just made it because the samurai helmet looked too goofy for my playthrough.
