Slightly Cooler Sheol Trapdoor

Description
Meanwhile a lightbeam is used for Cathedral, and even Womb has unique looking trapdoor, Sheol gets... usual trapdoor.
And effect is further multiplied by both lightbeam and trapdoor spawning side-by-side.
So I've decided to give a little edge to that bland trapdoor.

@Roby_ there's more sense to lessen beam of light, actually. It affects player within area around 1x1 tile, same as trapdoor.

Hello, I like this mod very much, however the beam of light is bigger than the hole. To "enlarge" it without confusing the player (on the hitbox) I propose to add crack on the grounf around it. May this be inspiring for you. Thanks again for the mod !

I've checked it myself and mod was working correctly. Guess, I'll upload previous update once again, and maybe that will cause game/Steam to redownload it properly...

can you fix the hole to mother because it replaces that as well...
