A creepy and almost forgotten structure in the middle of a flooded world of eternal rains...

in the state "Red Shield Union", in the capital, they begin construction of a monument in the form of a residential building in honor of civilians who died during the {########} conflict. The monument should be a seven-story building with a triangular base, open to the public.

Despite constant military conflicts, ethnic cleansing and other disasters, the population has grown significantly in recent years. Governments of all countries are concerned about this problem. The demand for housing is growing rapidly, private houses are being demolished, and in their place, high-rise apartment buildings soon rise. Even the monument began to be used as a simple residential building. In addition to the problem of overpopulation of the planet, scientists also noted the threat of global flooding of all continents. It was in this year that the countdown began.

Humanity, already preoccupied with natural disasters, once again unleashes deadly wars. The "Coalition" invades the territories of the "Red Shield Union", thereby unleashing the largest and at the same time shortest conflict in history. Everything is decided in 14 days, more than half of the planet's population was destroyed. All infrastructure, historical monuments, and even entire cities were erased. The world is no longer subject to man, because the planet now consists of a single huge ocean with a fairly large number of islands.

The monument becomes a new stronghold for the surviving residents of the city of Singiropolsk. Now it is a kind of hotel for random travelers and fishermens.
