Spectator Mod

Description
A very simple spectator mod, commands (in chat) :
- !spec (thirdperson camera around other players)
- !specno (noclip camera)
- !play (to exit spectating)
- !stats (display frags and deaths count)


Update v1.1 :
- Added the possibility to swap the pov to other players when in 3rd person mod (left and right click when spectating)

Later, maybe never. But If I do then it will probably only works for nextbot because I don't think spectating stock npc is really useful for most people.

Downloads are now fixed, the mod is now avaible.
