This is a Simple mod that Remakes the Law enforcement in the fire rises to have their own fleshed out faction that goes more in depth

DESCRIPTION:
After the united states broke apart some police and sheriff's departments continued their work of maintaining law and order either by being mostly untouched by the warring factions, not strategically worthy enough for a larger faction to spend resources to occupy, or just by working with the faction that officially ruled the area. this allowed Law enforcement to mostly stay neutral in the civil war and for some isolated regions to continue life as normal as if the country wasnt tearing itself apart around them.
