Nonhistorical focused mod with utility/QoL mods (Host Tool, State Transfer Tool, Player-Led Peace Conferences, Topbar Resources, Train to Regular, 9999 XP Limit, 1 XP Designs, 30 Day Focus Save) and graphics/sound mods (Voda Map Mod, Coloured Buttons, {AIGFX} Visible Railroads, {AIGFX} Visible Railroads: Supply Map Mode, Total Morbilization, Declare War Sound). Also a few other goodies.

Combat width: Line artillery & SPGs are 2 CW, tank AA is 1 CW, and cavalry types are 1.6 CW.
Steel mills adapted & updated from IH&E.
Players get 10/15/10 XP on startup.
Leader costs changed to 5 command power.

Note that the resource topbar can be moved.
