My beloved flagship but this time with the biggest railguns you can make made as small as (efficiently) possible, reload: 7 seconds.

I would also consider this as the best APS (turret) i have ever made. The only issue I could think of to improve is the battery placement because they are just stuck to the outside.
The shell is meant against frontsiders like the Kobold and will usually overpen other ships. You can replace one of the emergency fuses with a pen depth and the base bleeder with a tracer which seems to do better against the Hypernova and probably other stuff too.
You could also just turn it into a giant HESH shell or else but you should keep the fins and the fuses to get the correct length.
