No Hidden Options

Description
This mod unhides all the hidden options, including console exclusive options that were available on PC in the original version of the game. This includes changing scaling modes from 1, 2 and 3 and even changing the font scaling. As you can expect this may not be the most functional but from what I've seen the options generally work.

Camera Sensitivity is found under Advanced Control Settings.
+You can force Console/Steamdeck UI via Force Enhanced Edition UI in interface options.
+ Quick save keybind added, cant bind go F keys but most other general keys work.

!! IMPORTANT !!
You can change UI Scaling via nwn2player.ini I am currently working on getting it working via options menu but nothing I tried has worked thus far.

1) Open Neverwinter Nights 2 in your Documents folder
2) Open nwn2player.ini
3) Find [UI Scale Mode 3] (This is "Large")
3a) UI Scale is for scaling all the general UI. At 0.0 it is base NWN2 UI without being made any bigger.
3b) UI EE Scale is for scaling all the EE UI this includes cursor.

If you have any desired options, or help you can offer with adding them please let me know I'll look into it.

!! Tips and Tricks:
1) Do you want the game to look less blurry?
Go into the documents much like you did for nwn2player.ini just this time for nwn2.ini and change the following setting:
NumberOfTextureMipLevelsToSkip to -1. This will stop blurring the already at times blurry textures resulting in sharper images. You can set it to even lower but there's no real visual gain between -1 and -10 etc.

Also best set it to read only so the game doesn't reset this setting, however the game wont be able to edit settings if you change them in game. Or at least any settings in nwn2.ini

2) Do you want classic controls?
Open nwn2player.ini
DriveInputHeadingByCamera=0
DriveCameraCamera=0
Switch A and D with Q and E in the keybinds. This should result in a classic control scheme.

Hello, can we have an option to ONLY enable the new dialogue interface? Thank you so much!

@Silent I think Zoom Speed and CameraTurnSpeed is what you are looking for. They are in nwn2player.ini tell me if it is!

I have been going through a huge variety of names trying to get SOMETHING to interface with it but I have had no luck so far. It really is shooting in the dark trying to get something to work, I got quite lucky with getting Enhanced Edition UI working and even that took ages.

The EE UI? Yeah their cursor stuff is bound to it unfortunately it's all under the general setting of "UI EE Scale". The only real way would be to edit the icon. It's one of the things on my "to-do" list as I'll be going through .2da's to see if I can find any ways to directly effect something.

But there's sadly limits to what I can achieve. If I find something I will post it in the description so it can at least be useful.

Is it possible for a separate cursor scaling options, so that the UI will be left as Large and the cursor is small? Once again thanks for your work

No problem! Yeah it's nice having the cursor not be bigger than my thumb. It bugged me quite a bit till I found the scaling options. I'm worrking on adding more keybinds like quicksave, I already got it working. Just general testing plus I am somewhat busy with work in real life.

Wow, couldn't believe those options got hidden lol. But even without them, just your guide to adjusting the UI scale in the ini found in Documents folder has helped me a lot playing this in 4K. Thank you so very much!

I'll see if I can get those. Can't promise anything since I need to try and guess the name of the thing (not the same as in the .ini) but I'll give it a shot.

Shouldn't be too bad but those are famous last words.

Thank you for your hard work. wish to add camera rotation speed adjust (in PC gamepad UI), and zoom out distance in character camera mode. Thank you
