Animated Arms: Adaptive Combat

설명
This mod, inspired by "Guns Enhanced," adds new, detailed weapons with unique features and animated reloads. It's fully compatible with Enhanced Armaments, Guns Enhanced, Deep Sea Warfare, and Neurotrauma. Get ready for impactful choices and tactical depth!



Main Features:
  • 🔄 Dynamic Reload Animation: Every weapon has a full reload animation, making the process more realistic. Also, for most weapons, the animation speed depends on the weapon proficiency skill.

  • ⚙️ Weapon Degradation System: Weapons lose durability with use. The wear level of found weapons depends on their previous owner: weapons found on Separatists are usually heavily worn, while Coalition weapons are often in better condition. At low condition, weapons will begin to jam, causing misfires. Wear is accelerated in water (except for underwater weapons). Weapons left in water will slowly rust. Repair is available at the Gunsmith Fabricator.

  • 💧 Unique Water Mechanics: Non-underwater weapons lose effectiveness underwater. Choose your gear wisely for aquatic missions!

  • 🎯 Aim with Caution: Weapons do not come with a default reticle; you'll need to aim by feel, relying on instinct and experience. The reticle only appears when a laser sight or optical scope is attached.

  • 🔫 Fire Select Modes: Many weapon models support switching between fire modes. For example, the AN-94 assault rifle can fire in 2-round bursts for increased accuracy, while submachine guns can use 3-round bursts for better recoil control. This adds another layer of tactical choice to combat.

  • 🛡️ Armor System Overhaul: This mod reworks all vanilla armors and adds new vests and helmets, making them more essential in combat. Various types of armor plates have been added, and different weapon calibers have different armor penetration values. Tactics and the right choice of equipment are everything!

  • 👤 Helmets with Mechanical Visor: Almost every helmet features a mechanical visor that can be raised or lowered depending on the situation, providing a flexible balance between protection and visibility. With the visor raised, you can use additional equipment: gas masks, NVGs, etc.

  • 🚢 Full Campaign Integration: Weapons spawn at NPCs, outposts, and abandoned submarines.

  • 💥 Ballistic Trauma Effect: Shot targets experience shaking, blurred vision, and aiming impairment, giving advantage to the attacker. Pain effects are active and require analgesia to treat only when the Neurotrauma mod is enabled.

  • 🎧 Stunning Sound Effects: Firing a weapon without a suppressor or special hearing protection will cause a short-term stunning effect, including a ringing sound and temporary vision impairment.

  • 💣 Animated and Reworked Grenades: Experience detailed grenade animations, including the realistic pin pull. A new grip mechanic has been added: by holding the use key (E), you can pull both the pin and the grip, starting the detonation timer early. If you simply press the key, the grenade will not explode while you are holding it.

  • 🛠️ Weapon Customization System: Customize your weapons with attachments like sights, suppressors, flashlights, and more.
Additional Features Lua:
    🎮 Built-in Controls:Reload with the R key(Can be reassigned in the game's control settings menu under "Creature Attack")Quick-draw weapon from the hip with the Q key(Can be reassigned in the game's control settings menu under "View Inventory")The mod also adds a prone stance mechanic: Hold CTRL and double-tap S to lie down for maximum stability, reduced recoil and spread. Hold CTRL and press W to stand up. (Cannot be rebound)All keys can be remapped in the LUA folder in the mod's root directory, where detailed instructions are provided.

    updated the mod today, all headgear from this mod is gone and now the mod is incompatible with Project Humanize character models. Was not like this yesterday.

    For example I can't put animated gun's ammo into guns enchanced's ammo box and I'm afraid this is due to mod load order. Not a bug but still tho

    I'm just taking the TTK from Neurotrauma for now, in my opinion it's perfect there. Otherwise, just put the mod higher and that's it. If there are any problems, write.

    Anyways, load order is important here or not? I have animated guns above all mods listed in "Compatible with [mod] [mod1] [mod2]" description's section and I feel like it's not right
