"Rebalanced" Friendly Fire

Description
Makes friendly fire WAYYYYYY less punishing
I always hated the vanilla friendly fire damage on expert, it was way too punishing, You misclick? Your teammate is dead! How fun!1!!!!!
You throw a molotov? OH NO! Your team of BOTS are all dead!!! So fun!!!!!!!!!!
So by changing some convars, I decided to release this mod

Commands that this mod changes
• 0 by default, adds some friendly fire to easy difficulty
survivor_friendly_fire_factor_easy 0.1

• 0.3 by default
survivor_friendly_fire_factor_hard 0.2

• 0.5 by default, can't get one tapped by shotguns anymore
survivor_friendly_fire_factor_expert 0.2

• 0.4 by default
survivor_burn_factor_hard 0.3

• 1 by default, you don't die to molotovs in 3 seconds anymore
survivor_burn_factor_expert 0.3
