It is recommended to complete two achievements at once. Start a new game in Ironman mode

An officer is considered lost if they die or retire!

If an officer dies — you’ll have to restart the entire playthrough.
However, you can quickly press Alt + F4 or end the game via Task Manager — this way, the current mission progress won’t be saved

To prevent your squad members from falling into depression and retiring, give them rest between missions or complete levels without any kills.
I recommend "A Lethal Obsession" — it only has 3 enemies

You have to hire officers with these perks and unlock them. Just like in the previous Achievement, it's a problem to hire them. You have to recruit and fire the ones you don't need all the time. You can only fire one at a time. And firing them increases stress. Stress must be reduced. I did it this way - fired the unwanted, hired the right one or not. Went to “A Lethal Obsession” on low difficulty. For 2 minutes passed the mission to S-rank (to reduce stress) and there again. Also unlock their perks
