Ryougi Shiki from Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code

Ryougi is a fast, close ranged, assassin type character who has quick combos and mix-up options, a "Heat" ability to charge meter, as well as "Shield Bunker" that works as a counter.

Reminder that I cannot and do not make sprites ! If there is anything you would like added that isn't already sprited I cannot do it. Feel free to let me know of any adjustments or pre-existing moves to add however.
