The hair and tail have no fluttering effect, and feel like hard plastic.

@Gepard Landau 雪音クリス, I did get Skirk as well but not Escoffier unfortunately, I do have Shenhe and Furina ready with their signature weapons including Skirk's. Today I got Mavuika and I'm planning to get her weapon afterwards, after those, I'll get Citlali if the leaks are true and not falsified
