this addon adds a npc of dr. arne magnusson that will try to run you down with his jalopy.

list of convars:

sv_magnusson_jalopy_invulnerable - determines if magnusson is immune to damage (off by default)
sv_magnusson_jalopy_voice - determines if magnusson should speak (on by default)
