Mod for Beta version 8.0

At the request of my comrades, I have created a simple mod that reduces the order execution time by half, thus accelerating the process of mastering the new diplomacy mechanics.

The Diplomacy Plus mod works well on version 8.0, as it was specifically created for it—why update it?

Если вы начали миссию без мода, а затем включили его, время будет рассчитываться по старым значениям (несмотря на сокращение). Корректный подсчёт времени начнётся только после завершения текущей миссии.

If you started a mission without the mod and then enabled it, the time will still be calculated using the old values (despite the reduction). The correct time calculation will only apply after completing the current mission.
