I think that officers should cost half points, because they are functionally worse militia. Also doubling, possibly tripling the squad size, because right now it is too small for use in campaigns for how weak the squad is.
Also giving officers FeetOfSteel so they can at least get through most locked doors, without needing to bring an assaulter. The squad should have bolt cutters or give assaulters crowbars because they can’t get past grated padlocked doors, making some levels impossible to complete.
One extra thing is adding undercover officers. And letting regular officers conceal, but not letting them go covert, so we can have them holster their guns for roleplay reasons.
This mod gets an easy favorite from me, and I hope to see you improve it!
