EpsTweak for City-States

EpsTweak is a series of small mods that tweak the balance of Civ 7.

This mod buffs and replaces several city-state bonuses in attempt to make them more even in power and desirability. Specifically, effects that grant free techs / civics upon gaining a new city-state, and effects that grant +5% science per city-state are replaced because they are greatly overpowered compared to other bonuses. And gold bonuses on buildings are increased to +2 because gold is valued less than science and culture.

Mensarii, Gbara, Kolkhoz - Increased to +2 Gold on Gold Buildings per city-state. (Instead of 1)

Ganzabara, Market Right, Entrepreneurship - Increased to +2 Gold on Warehouse buildings. (Instead of 1)

Monumental Architecture - Effect replaced with "Culture Buildings receive +1 Culture for every City-State you are Suzerain of." (Instead of only granting culture on Monuments)

Shrines of the Jinn - Effect replaced with "+40% Culture towards studying Civic Masteries." (Instead of granting a free civic upon gaining a city-state)

Pilgrimage, Reichskreise, Anthropology - Effect replaced with "+40% Science towards researching Tech Masteries." (Instead of granting a free tech upon gaining a city-state)

Natural Law, Scholarly Network - Effect replaced with "+20% Production towards constructing Science Buildings for every City-State you are Suzerain of." (Instead of +5% science per city-state)

Bullion - Increased to +3 Gold on Treasure Resource tiles. (Instead of 1)

Ethnology - Also grants +30% Production towards Explorers. (In addition to museums)

Touring Exhibits - Increased to +5 Culture on displayed Artifacts. (Instead of 3)

Refineries - Increased to +2 Science on slotted Factory Resources. (Instead of 1)
