Suspension and acceleration/braking values are tweaked for the vehicle to act more realistic

@Failer I love the blue livery you have for all of the transit vehicles, in case I never mentioned it. Which I didn't.

I have two questions, because I know how much all asset creators love questions:

Are you even thinking about monorails? I'm just going to forget about them if you're not, as I have a thing about conformity. In vehicles, anyway.

Is a reversible tram too insane to do? Not very many people make them, but at first glance it just looks like making the last car look and act exactly the same as the first one. Trains and metros reverse, so... Am I missing something? Probably.

Thanks again for all that you do, ESPECIALLY THE SUSPENSION. :)
