World In Turmoil

In 2008, there was a financial crisis that hit the world in more ways once thought. A global recession began as the years following had hit the United States, Europe, and Russia very hard in their growth. The worst was yet to come as a massive cyberattack took networks around the world down and the world went dark. Tensions rise as rumors spread of weapons of mass destruction that are being developed by the three superpowers, and the first shot rang out, beginning the third world war.

This mod aims to recontextualize the vanilla game into something more inspired by the world war 2 dlcs. All factions were given a face lift with Greenbelts being the US, Brownpants being Russia, and Greycollars being the EU. Weapon and equipment stats are mostly the same as I distributed the weapons to all the factions related to their origin. Since I am following more in the dlc's footsteps, all lootboxes have been removed barring the special crates, cargo truck, briefcase, and laptop.

- Briefcase/Cargo Truck will stay mostly the same, but the loot pool expanded to include laptop unlocks as well.
- Laptop will become a lootbox (haha). You will get mostly consumables like the emp grenade.
- Each faction will have their own radio call variants.
- Weapons have been added to fill gaps where there wasn't a vanilla equivalent.
- Certain scripts have been edited to work in quickmatch like call markers.

This is intended to be a sort of Vanilla+ mod, so you won't see too many changes.
