Low quality common infected sfx

Description
This addon was inspired by the PS1-styled addons for Left 4 Dead 2.

I noticed that there aren't any addons that focus on making the game's sound effects low quality too. So I took matters into my own hands and downgraded all the common infected sound effects from 44100 Hz to 8000 Hz.

If you run into any problems or bugs with the addon, just let me know! And if you like this mod, feel free to drop a like or leave a comment. :)

I hear a lot of scratchy noises I believe this might be because some audios are either longer or shorter in duration compared to it's original duration. But great mod nonetheless and I really admire the effort you put into these low quality series of yours
