The lovable sailor with a personality as explosive as his fighting style, Admiral Bobbery, sails into Rivals!

Bobbery is a heavy weight bruiser that excels at landing combo strings and dropping traps.

His advantages:
1. Bomb Squad is fantastic for denying space
2. Foward air is a powerful spike made safe with a Hold fast in tow
3. Jab easily combos into up tilt -> nair -> uair for racking up percent. Jab may also combo into ftilt for a safe kill option.
4. Dtilt is great as a spacing tool.
5. His vertical and horizontal recovery options cover a massive amount of distance.

His disadvantages
1. He's quite slow on both the ground and in the air
2. His weight makes him easy to combo
3. His Up Special leaves him very vulnerable in the air
4. He's dependent on his Hold Fasts for safe recovery, damage, stage control, and kill power. Always keep them in good supply!

Specials overview:
Neutral special: Bomb Squad:
* You throw out three bombs.
* If you have a hold fast, you can spend it on a Bomb Squad to empower it.
* The bombs last for a few seconds before they blow up naturally.
* They can also be blown up manually with an input of strong while using Neutral Special.
* The normal bombs have 3 HP while the big ones have 5.
* You can press shield or jump to exit this move

Forward Special: Bomb
* You blast forward using an explosion
* The longer the button is held, the further you go

Down Special: Hold Fast
* If you don't have 3 Hold Fasts, Bobbery will lift his foot in the air and tap it. Press the special button at the right time to gain a Hold Fasts.
* If you have three Hold Fasts, the move will turn into a counter that has slow start up but deals devastating damage.
* You can cancel this move by inputting a normal attack, jump, or parry
* Be sure to parry and not get parried yourself! Getting parried takes all of your hold fasts

Up Special: Boom
* You launch yourself incredibly high
* A good player can and will try to kill you off the top. Use this only as a last resort if you don't have any hold fasts to use for recovery.

Useful tips and tricks
* Red stars appearing after you hit someone with an attack signifies that you can jump out of the move.
* You can turn with Down Strong.
* If you time the hold fast explosion just right, you can hit your enemy with Down Strong's and uair's final hits and the explosion to deal optimal damage.
* You can hit your bombs to reset their timer
* Parrying gives you a hold fast.
* Not really a tip but he has three taunts with the typical smash inputs you would expect.
