*F-4 Phantom sound taken from:

Military Conflict - Vietnam> vietnam > pak01_dir > sound > ambient > ambient_f4_phantom_skybox_flyover_effect.wav


*Changes:

- Completly new sound for (binoculars_napalmstrike_incoming_01).

- Made (binoculars_napalmstrike_incoming_bomb_01) louder.

- New and louder sound for (binoculars_napalmstrike_initialexplosion_distant_01,02,03) taken from (binoculars_phosphorusstrike_initialexplosion_distant_01).
