Description
Adds back a sound from L4D1 which is meant to play when the "You Can't Spawn" text in ghost mode updates.

There was a mod that restored it already but it was deleted, so I remade it.

the original mustve been deleted recently because i had that vpk downloaded about a week ago

idk, modders tend to be delete-happy. Could be a variety of reasons.
