To move forward, you?ll need to clear each room and complete specific objectives:

Steps:

• Start inside and survive the first few waves to open the path to the outside.
  
• In the outdoor area, destroy the centrifuge to unlock the door to the second jail.
  
• Clear the second jail, then head down to the underground section.
  
• Destroy the generator near the ladder to open the third door.
  
• Survive the last room and walk into the blackness.

If you bypass the door’s unlock sequence and simply walk into the next area, zombies will not spawn. Always make sure you fully trigger the door you would with any door (Pressing Square/F to Unlock). If you still see the “Unlock” prompt by the door, it hasn’t been opened correctly.
