Vanilla Compact AB3 Parclo Interchange

This vanilla compact AB3 parclo interchange is inspired by the many partial cloverleaf interchanges found in the USA. As it's vanilla, you do not need mods to use it, nor do you need any DLCs. If you have the Mass Transit DLC, it's recommended you use two-lane highways within the interchange to conform to "lane mathematics." The flyovers and overpasses do not have any protruding streetlights. It's also recommended to place this asset on a flat area.
