Description
Swindler, the chronic and restless gambler, has made it to YOMI. Based on Hakari, he offers randomness to the battlefield.

A part of the Kaizen modpack.

Swindler is a Gambling character with his gimmick being EVERYTHING is RNG, with a shop and money rather than meter.
