Have you ever wondered what a snork looks like without a gas mask?

Previously, I have created a mod that removes the mask from the snorks completely, but it would be nice to mix both kinds of snorks.

So, this mod spawns snorks without a mask with a 25% chance. So every 4th snork in the game won't have a mask. That adds some variety to the game.

The mod doesn't change any config file, so it should be compatible with all other mods unless it alters the snork blueprint.
