Description
Created by the Painter Boss in a hurry. Herbert was the first emergency defender sprung to life to help rescue his creator. He was not successful. Thankfully for Herbert, paint blobs in overalls cannot be slain so easily. The Painter Boss re-formed itself over time and created this newer version of Herbert to live once more!!

It is rumored that this is not actually Herbert's final form.
