Each week, the featured Fish of the Week is announced in the Quests menu. Keep an eye out for this update—it's your key to big profits!

If the Fish of the Week is Common, Uncommon, or Rare, there’s no need to reinvent the wheel. Use Arklark’s excellent guide, Money Making 101, and spam common/uncommon/rare eggs for mass breeding. Since the hot fish will be in the hatch pool, you can generate tons of them and sell for a major profit!

If the hot fish is Epic/Exotic (like the Humphead Wrasse this week), things work differently. Epic and Exotic fish can’t be targeted through specific egg types consistently or cheaply, so the approach changes:

• If you already own one of the featured hot fish, start breeding it with other high Total Genetics fish. (Doesn't matter which one)
  
• Once you hatch a second of the hot fish, isolate both in their own tank. (Not required, but makes it much easier)
  
• Breed them together to fill the tank with their offspring.

When the tank is full:

• Go to the Fish menu, sort by Total Genetics.
  
• Sell the 10 lowest-genetic fish.
  
• Breed the remaining 20 to refill the tank.
  
• Repeat this loop to gradually increase genetics and profits.

Use Growth Potions to speed up babies and Breeding Potions to reset timers on adult breeders for max efficiency.

The thought here is that breeding two high total-genetic fish, results in a slightly higher total-genetic offspring. The more you repeat, the higher genetics, the higher profit!

Continue this process for the full week until the Hot Fish of the Week rotates. With the right setup, you’ll be swimming in profits before the timer resets!

• Use Breeding Potions Wisely: Don’t waste Breeding Potions on low-gen fish. Prioritize your highest-gen breeders. Being that you can't purchase Breeding Potions infinitely.
  
• Time Your Breeding Rotation: Breed all of your fish at the same time, that way all of their refresh timers line up, you can set an alarm or reminder on your phone so you know the moment you can breed again!
