I've tried put the mod launcher load order is plainly cosmetic.

You just have to put it over the Mod its supposed to replace. Like put in in the slot with most priority

Is there any shot of making this overwrite the portrait added by your other german portraits mod? It seems a tad odd that you'd make a banger portrait like this, but have your other mods overwrite it.
