Unique (Purple) Item Enhancement

With the major overhaul to the equipment system in Version 6.2, most purple items is currently quite underpowered.

Plans are in place for a comprehensive buff. The buffing principle prioritizes amplifying the original attributes. For example, useless stats like ​Magic Resistance (added to the hero only)​​ will be changed to ​add Magic Resistance to the entire army. Other laughably ineffective stats, like ​+10 AP Damage, will be changed to ​​+80 or +100. If the original attributes are hopelessly ineffective, we'll then consider adding extra attributes. For instance, adding ​Physical Resistance or Damage Resistance​ to some useless mage items.
