Steampunk Gun SWEP

My first addon that adds handheld weapons! (Well, *a* handheld weapon...)
Works like any typical gun. Takes HL2 pistol ammo, and fires in full-auto.
Deals 25 damage per projectille (yes, this uses projectiles), and kicks like a mule on both ends.
Holds 15 rounds in its magazine - more bullets than any ruffian with a pitiful flintlock could carry.

Truly an elegant weapon for a more sophisticated time.
Has NPC support!
