Info Accrssory Vanity

Description
Allows information accessories to display info even when equipped in vanity slots. Cell Phone and Shell Phone can now be equipped as accessories.

Additional, Mining Helmet and Ultrabright Helmet can emit light even in social slots.

Does the Ultrabright Helmet give it's night vision too or is it just light?
