At the start of each turn, randomly increase "Hype" by 1-10%. At the start of each turn, receive random "donations" based on Hype, with a chance of triggering random突发事件 (incidents). A highly mobile support unit that can only be purchased with Gold. Ignores zone control and movement penalties from terrain, features, or rivers. When in another city, can perform a "Live Stream" action (once per city). Based on the "Performance Level," receive corresponding donations, with a 10% chance of sudden death (暴毙). +1 Culture, +1 Housing. Can only be built once per city. Each Hype Level grants +1 Culture and +1 Production. +2 Culture for each adjacent Theater Square, City Center, Commercial Hub, or Streaming Room. When first built in a city, immediately increases Hype by 15%. Provides Tourism equal to its Culture output.

Base Hype Level: 0 Hype Levels increase at 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and 1,000,000 Hype.

36 types of donations (positive) and 30 types of incidents (negative). Try your luck, meow~ Each turn, you'll receive donations equal to Hype Level + 1. Once per city. Both the target civilization and Eureka have a chance to trigger a random-level incident. The target city may suffer a disaster. Based on the number and severity of incidents, a Performance Level is determined, and donations equal to that level are granted. TL;DR: The unluckier you are, the more donations you get.
