loop321 I think the textures are screwed up. I tried unsubscribiing and subscribing again but it didn't work.

Tried loading on lower difficulties and that didn't work either. Might be a bug?

SnowlockHolmes Oh um, did you look at the wall of the room? Like one of the corners? It seems really hard to miss unless the texture for the numbers are screwed on your end.

loop321, no I definitely found the room... I just don't know what I should be looking for in the room for the code.

Not in the notes, wasn't the playing cards next to it. There's no other number I can see.

GameDevZero. Did you verify your files? Did you also know the level in-game is labeled as Streets of Pain and has a level icon of an Ace symbol with STREET in the middle?
