Description
Replaces all of Hutch "Planner" Linde's dialog with Dutch translations.

Nobody can understand the guy, but they're pretty sure he's got a plan or something- they think. He keeps rattling on about it, but there IS the occasional somewhat-English word due to linguistic similarities.
...as well as false positives that result in Hutch sounding like he's ranting about a suicide mission about stealing the pants off of Shek.

Naturally, he has Agnu syndrome and can't speak to other NPCs.

Do let me know if anything is improper/incorrect, I'm just getting into Dutch and had to use translate for much of this.
