I MADE AN ADDON FOR AN ITEM THAT CAN BE USED TO REMOVE DECALS AND GIBS!

Or rather: it was made by another person who created the original mod, BUT I CHANGED THE CLIENT TO SERVER, AND NOW THE MOD FULLY WORKS IN MULTIPLAYER!
